About Ryan

With a strong technical background and a hands-on approach to problem solving, Ryan has always been interested in understanding how systems work and how they can be improved. His experience includes several years working in the automotive industry as an apprentice mechanic, where he developed strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and practical technical knowledge. He completed his Certificate III in Light Automotive Technology and also studied subjects including Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, and Information Technology.

Through Mallee Data, Ryan aims to provide practical technology and data solutions tailored to the needs of regional businesses and individuals.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys camping, fishing, and working on hands-on projects, and is always keen to learn new skills and technologies.

About James

James Emmett is part of the team at Mallee Data, where he works in Social Media and HR driving business growth and community engagement. In this role, he helps manage the company’s online presence, supports recruitment and team coordination, and assists in delivering services to clients across the region.

James brings strong customer service and leadership skills developed through several years of experience working in retail at Jaycar Electronics and Target in Mildura. During this time, he worked across multiple areas of the store including customer service, merchandising, and registers, and also undertook supervisory responsibilities helping lead team members to complete tasks efficiently.

He also completed a teaching placement at St. Joseph’s College in Mildura as part of his university studies, where he developed strong communication and leadership skills while working with students and staff in a classroom environment.
